After you have contacted us with an enquiry we will contact you to obtain a brief of your requirements. We enjoy communicating with our clients and if possible would prefer to discuss your requirements over the telephone or even face to face rather than by email.
We will after discussing your requirements work on a few designs and get feedback from you. We either go back and start over, or move forward.
We generally have 3 types of clients.

- Those that have some idea.
- Those that have no idea.
